3D Visualization

The production of demanding multimedia projects implies in most cases digital video postproduction, graphics and 3D animation. With more than 25 years of experience, competent staff and reliable international production partners, we will successfully realize even the most ambitious projects.

International awards underline the quality of our work, specifically in the area of scientific presentations. We take scientific topics and work them into our Maxx Science project, a computer game for children which we plan to adapt for TV as well. Maxx Science was presented on an international level during Cartoon Forum and received a resounding reception.

Encoding

Quality reproduction of video has an enormous influence on the success of new interactive TV and other multimedia offerings. Because of the asymetric nature of the algorithms used in digital video consumer products, e. g. MPEG and H.264, video encoding has the biggest impact on quality and deserves special attention.

The market offers many hardware and software solutions for quantization of video material covering all compression standards. In practice however, a number of considerations affect the quality of the output. Which is the best video input format for the given task? What is the optimum strategy to store the digital data? What do you have to consider when integrating video material from different sources? What influences the technical quality of the video compression when shooting?

Based on experience and knowledge gained while working as a Philips Professional Partner on MPEG encoding for CD-I, Video CD and DVD as well as consultants on a Quantel Micro Henry project, we will give you expert guidance on selecting input material, generating useful interim results and flexible storage concepts, always respecting the quality of the final encoding.
